There is even a Shipping & Handling fee listed on Northwest's website but they are just wasting your time. They won't honor your purchase. Stay away of these people. They are unprofessional "

I guess it makes it easier for THEM to just cancel the entire order, then update their website and remove items that are no longer available. Think about it, how would you like to visit a store that displays many items just to tell you that they no longer are available? "
