"Not unique to BMW Northwest, it's BMW Monterey, the entire BMW dealer parts network, shows so many NLA OEM parts to be AVAILBLE. But then when you order them and pay for them—whaddya know!—you get an emails saying "No Longer Available." I just don't understand why they would WANT to create a NEGATIVE user experience—because now I have to do more work, making sure the charge that went to my credit card IMMEDIATELY is issued the credit, because let's be honest, half the time unless you follow up, it doesn't happens. DON'T MAKE ME WASTE MY TIME!"
