My order was cancelled due to no VIN supplied. This should not happen either way since what if I want to order a part for a gift for another BMW owner? Why do I need to have their VIN to make a purchase as a gift?"

"Felt deserted, sent a mail prior to purchase asking for validation (needed confirmation the part ordered was correct), never received a response ever. So I just went ahead and ordered the part, only received automated mails, no other updates. Called the shop, was put on hold from then until now, its been several days on hold, but hopefully the next person doesn't have the same issues ... good luck, I didnt realize or ever saw the sign "at own risk".
