"Ordered phones, shipping was quick and communication was fine. However, 20% of my shipment had bad IMEI's. They were advertised as customer returns.
UPDATE: They agreed to authorize a return which is more than I was expecting and I am more satisfied with my purchase."
"B-Stock supports thieves and liars. I won 4 auctions: 2 of them were complete ripoff:
1st - Stolen 13 items out of 49 (6 most valuable items, over 60% of the auction value). Seller even confirmed weight (much lower than it supposed to be for 49 items + packaging)
2nd - I bid for 50 devices in salvage condition. I received 50 replacement parts for the device. B-stock takes seller side again. This time, probably, due to lack of knowledges of the incompetent customer service reps.
They don't understand the difference between salvaged device and a replacement part for this device. Seller intentionally did not disclose the vital info, posted low resolution pictures.
So, with such a B-Stock policy, sellers know that they can ripoff buyers and get off without a problem.
I purchase wholesale auctions items for over 10 years. Of course, this is my 1st and last experience with B-Stock. Never had such a problems with Liquidation.com, techliquidators.com, Ebay wholesale auctions.
Seller should be responsible for his employees or don't do "funny" things even if he thinks that auction final value is lower than he expected. Honest sellers should accept their responsibility and compensate intentional or unintentional mistakes. If Auction Host Company supports sellers no matter what they done, this company heading to the wrong direction, and other potential buyers should be aware
