"I used to be a seller on bstock. But I had to move my inventory to another auction site. I would have several payments pending and according to bstock will pay out twice a week. I would go a week and two weeks without getting payments for items shipped and delivered. And they say there's an accounting department but they don't have a phone number for you to talk to them. Watch out for these crooks. And they don't advertise the company leaving little buyers to bid on items. Two thumbs down."
"I won 9 auctions. Every order had serious problems.
1. They cancelled 3 orders. because they didnt have the item in stock Compensation ? u get your money back.
Basically Its OK for Gazelle to auction a non existence Item!!!!!!!!
2. 4 orders had more than 50% items non compliant ..
You need to report all non compliance in 5 days .. But there is no time limit for their response. !!
3. They claim they have checked all their phones clean IMEI when listing the item. But never ever u get a proof that these items have clean IMEI. Infact some of the phones they sold had finacial liability for more than 2 months.
4. They ship items in a box without listing the content. They routinely combine orders. Now u have problem youu are in big trouble, While reporting trouble with the order, they want every report available attached, they want pics, videos and so on. Basically you need to run documentation for what they have shipped. They give no just the items.
5. They dont ship the order if they dont get their hidden minimum price !! They cancelled 3 orders on me.
Now significant money is locked up with Gazelle. 80% of the merchandize i have receieved i cant sell and cant get a refund from Gazelle..
6. Customer service non existence. even for basc questions its takes forever to get a response."
"The worst experience ever, not honoring the time schedule, you cannot talk to anyone, everyone is sending me to another party, I'm lost and didn't receive the shipment yet that I should've receive last Monday.
I don't know what to do. "
"Guy be careful there is new vendor from Bend OR , he selling all trash 100% trash I lost a lot of money this **** selling trash . Be careful"
"Don't use any BStock sites. I used BStock Supply for two purchases. One went ok because I got lucky and found an honest vendor. The other was a total rip off. A vendor sold me phones as "New Open Box" and "factory unlocked." Long story short the phones have scratches all over them, wear and tear, and are not unlocked. I managed to get a partial refund on ONE phone. All six I bought were damaged. And I later found out that the phones are LOCKED. BStock said they couldn't do anything about it because I already got a partial refund. That's true, after I repaired one of the "NEW" phones they gave me about $50. What a joke! I'm gonna lose hundreds of dollars over this mess. BStock only cares about the sellers. They don't have to disclose any defects in products and simply get away with highway robbery. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are no safeguards in place to protect buyers. BStock just wants their cut from the vendors. Unbelievable. I hope this post keeps someone else from getting ripped off."
"This company is the worst! They are garbage! If you're the buyer then 9 times out of 10 you will get ripped off! The sellers on their site can list merchandise anyway they want and mislead you into thinking you're buying one thing when you're actually getting something completely different. And B Stock willl just claim its not their problem because they don't actually own the company and are just a middle man in the transaction. Do not buy from these guys when there are hundreds of better routes and liquidators you can buy from."
"We bought from the company International Enterprises, Inc, OH 44646 "shelf pulls" items on manifest, mostly Amazon customer returns in a real life. The 1 most expensive item was missing, the 2nd one was incomplete and broken. This would not be a problem with any other liquidation website, but not with the B-Stock Supply.
There is why:
- seller can list in the manifest whatever ?they want and ship broken items without any consequences and reimbursement to buyer for shipping.
?- seller do ?not issue refunds for shipping when it is buyer arranges shipping, no matter if items are incomplete, broken and not matching with a manifest.
- seller can list in the manifest expensive and popular items making lots attractive for buyers to bid, not ship those popular items and reimburse buyer for only low percentage, in our case "13% of the total retail value of the order".
For example, for the missing/broken items I should sell for $700, I've got $100 minus my shipping expenses because 1 very heavy item is broken.
This was a response from management: "For items received that are "Not As Described" in the listing, we calculate a percentage of loss based on the retail value of the items. I realize this doesn't include your cost to ship the product, but the shipping cost is not something we can factor in.""
"We bought 5 lot and every single one were junk, phones will be damaged, they are rated B condition, but they are internally damaged, if you don't want to lose your money, don't buy from this Vendor, they don't take responsibility of any issue. "
"bought a pallet heater & kitchen item . The items are not accurate . The weight of the pallet was wrong posted causing the shipping rate posted was wrong . I was charged $153.42 extra for shipping rate because the seller was cheating and B-stock solutions didn't resolved my problem . They have no respect to their buyers. No help to solve the buyer problem . All they did follow up with the seller ( you don't even know or contact with them for buying ). You bought from B-stock solutions , but if you have any problem , they told you to deal with the others. "
"Ordered phones, shipping was quick and communication was fine. However, 20% of my shipment had bad IMEI's. They were advertised as customer returns.
UPDATE: They agreed to authorize a return which is more than I was expecting and I am more satisfied with my purchase."
"B-Stock supports thieves and liars. I won 4 auctions: 2 of them were complete ripoff:
1st - Stolen 13 items out of 49 (6 most valuable items, over 60% of the auction value). Seller even confirmed weight (much lower than it supposed to be for 49 items + packaging)
2nd - I bid for 50 devices in salvage condition. I received 50 replacement parts for the device. B-stock takes seller side again. This time, probably, due to lack of knowledges of the incompetent customer service reps.
They don't understand the difference between salvaged device and a replacement part for this device. Seller intentionally did not disclose the vital info, posted low resolution pictures.
So, with such a B-Stock policy, sellers know that they can ripoff buyers and get off without a problem.
I purchase wholesale auctions items for over 10 years. Of course, this is my 1st and last experience with B-Stock. Never had such a problems with Liquidation.com, techliquidators.com, Ebay wholesale auctions.
Seller should be responsible for his employees or don't do "funny" things even if he thinks that auction final value is lower than he expected. Honest sellers should accept their responsibility and compensate intentional or unintentional mistakes. If Auction Host Company supports sellers no matter what they done, this company heading to the wrong direction, and other potential buyers should be aware
