"Bstock has a big selection however the bidding is very competitive and selling prices are just too high most of times. It's a same you can't pay with a credit card. Some market's shipping costs are outrageous, like Costco. Item's condition description is worthless, it could say good working condition and you could still end up with incomplete items or nonworking items."

"I bid on what bstock said was 9k worth of never used or returned items in box. I received 1k worth of heavily used and damaged items. More than 40% of the items received had to be thrown away for an additional cost of 25$ per refrigerator. There were 6 throw away items. I jumped through all the difficult hoops of disputing with photos, description of each item and emails and phone calls waisting more time and money just to be told that even the item with holes in it did not qualify for dispute. I wonder what does qualify? I will never buy from this company again! "

"The only room fro imporvement is with the shipping company you use, they are expensive compare to other carriers, and i would be happy to pay these rates if i was getting the best shipping service but CH Robinson has failed me so many times and they will call me last minute to let me know they can not deliver, Besides this Costco A-B pallets are falling short on quality they will put 80% AB quality and 20%C-D which is majority if the time badly damaged merchandise, Overall yes we buy liquidation but our business depends soly on this suplly chain and if we miss deadlines it oftens affects us "

"I have made purchases on multiple platforms from BStock out of the 6 auctions that I have won. Only one of the transactions was processed in a timely manner without any issues. Amazon is posting auctions that aren't necessarily available and the auctions that they choose to fulfill can take 28 days to ship. That is not beneficial for small businesses at all because it ties money up and leaves them with no products to sell hurting cash flow. Target lost whole pallets. They also should be able to process credit cards but don't."

"We bought a "scratch and dent" appliance load from Costco auctions. The condition of this merchandise specifically says "new, unused". Several of the appliances were heavily used and B Stock Support is completely worthless at helping the buyer. They only care about the sellers. If you have an alternative I would not buy from B Stock."

"The first time I tried to wire transfer money their bank sent it back minus $25. No one was ever able to tell me why. I lost out on the auction that I had won. The quality of the pallet that I eventually did get was mostly trash"
