"I have used bstock for a few years now. You have 2 different ones. Bstock Supply and Bstock Solutions. Bstock Solutions is where i would say the big dogs go to play. Its rough and some of the orders that have sold i could not figure out how these people make money reselling as it would be impossible to make money seeing as each item would be close to retail after you figure out the damaged variance etc etc. Bstock Supply is a bunch of refurbished junk or shelf pulls that are usually not manifested. If i can say one thing do not buy a un manifested order as you will lose whatever you are spending. It will say hamilton beach shelf pulls they will picture toaster ovens and microwaves and you will get some of those but out of a 150 piece lot you will get about 120 irons. I have never been shorted on orders but when you get customer returns you are getting customer returns. People who rip through boxes to take the parts they need and return them. You are getting people who started to assemble furniture that broke it or didnt want to finish and returned it. I could type for days about the rip off it is but the majority is on here. Save your money and invest into something else. I came out on top so im not the not the normal person who says i bought 1 load and got screwed. I wouldnt steer anyone in the wrong direction for competition reasons i have enough of it on here as it is. You wanna gamble your money hit the stock markets you have a better chance of winning. "
"I BOUGHT SOME STUFF THAT THEY CLAIM TO WORTH SO MUCH. BUT THEY WERE JUNCK"
"Avoid this company at all costs, they are claiming to be selling customer returns what I received was all goods which were beyond economical repair, all with parts missing & clearly labelled not repairable.
There was high value items missing from some of the pallets. I informed them that all of the goods which were showing on the manifest have not been delivered. I have been trying to resolve with their non existent customer services but am getting nowhere.
We sent them all the information from the start about the shortages & none of the items working they are not helping us to resolve this issue.
We want to warn all other prospective buyers to stay away from this company as once they have your money they will sell you scrap goods which have no resale value.
When you call them to complain they say they will look into it & you just get passed on from one person to another.
They say they pass it onto a mediator who is someone who just works for b stock, so obviously the mediator will side with b stock only.
Please Please do not get scammed by this company & spread the word that b stock is selling scrap beyond economical goods as customer returns.
Whoever is taking legal action send me your contact details so we can share information to make our legal cases stronger.

"I use many different auction sites to get product for my Liquidation company. B-Stock is by far the worst place I have ever had to deal with!
The first time I had an issue was with an order I bought and paid for last year. Once it was delivered it was obvious that the product (while similar) wasn't the actual pictured items on the auction I had won. Boxes were different quality and some items in the pictures weren't included at all, the quality was vastly different and the value of the listing was off by about $5000. In fact, a brand new auction with the exact same photos was posted the day after mine was delivered. When I called and said I wanted the items in the photos that I bid on and won they said since it wasn't manifested and it didn't matter what was in the photos. I bid on the auction because of what I saw in the pictures...wouldn't you want exactly what was pictured? They bounce me around to a bunch of people that just said the same thing over and over again, wasted days of my time, and in the end sided with seller. I didn't want a refund I just wanted what was pictured on the auction page that I won like anyone would.
This second issues just happened today! I won the auction at $780 and called B-stock to get them to apply a credit that I have to the order. The customer service guy told me that he couldn't tell me how much my credit was and that he can't apply it?! He said that the accounting person would have to contact me with that request at some point today. So I waited all day with no one contacting me by phone or email. Finally, I called back and all of a sudden they know how much credit I have??! Totally unprofessional to have me wait all day long for this information. But wait it gets better! Since my business has two different shipping locations (one in VA and one PA) I decided to see if I changing my mailing address if it would be a little cheaper or more expensive? Seems reasonable to check right? Well guess what happened? My shipping not only went up but it doubled on the order no matter where I want to send it to. When you call they just say well you shouldn't have changed it. When I asked "just send it to the place where it was 150 dollars" they said "since I changed it now it's 300 no matter what now"? Then gave me the number of shipping company to pass the buck like they always do. I should be able to change things in my account and still have my shipping honored from when I won the auction right.
This company clearly doesn't want the tens of thousand of dollars that I was planning on spending with them this year. If they did small things would be easily fixed, your account would be easy to use, and shipping wouldn't double on you for no reason. "
"Prior to buying from this company I ran their D&B. This is a tool used to validate a companies trustworthiness- like a credit check for businesses. They are in horrible status. 60 day payments to vendors. Open and closed judgments as the defendants. Which all I'm guessing are from similar reviews listed here. Based off of their business profile I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! "
"Avoid at all costs!!! We spent over $16,000.00 on Premium Small Domestic Appliances, the Goods were described as Grade A and Customer Returns!! The Auction Stated:
"Overstock (Grade A) - Unopened merchandise in original packaging".
Customer Returns - Have been opened and may or may not be in their original packaging - some of these items may show signs of wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and minor damage"
What we received was 75% failed repairs, faulty or missing key components, such as been to cup coffee machines with no grinder, no charges for many items, blenders with no internals, Vacuums with no motors and most items missing all accessories. The failed repairs slips was still on most of the components. We didn't get ONE SINGLE item Unopened merchandise in original packaging!!!
So, we filed a complaint, its taken them three weeks to come back and say the seller can't do anything, asking the same questions over and over, such as please send us photos when we had sent them 59 photos on the first day!!
We are now taking legal action....BUYER BEWARE!!"
"Out of 3 Lots won, they have canceled 2 of the lots. I paid for all 3 lots the very next morning after won. They canceled saying lots weren't paid in time then charged me a $100. Then when you go back you'll see lots relisted with a much higher start price and much higher shipping rate. If companies aren't happy with a bid they just cancel your order and keep part of your money! I can't believe this is allowed!!"
"A few years ago I started using B-Stock to purchase liquidation merchandise. For the first couple of years it was great. Now it is a total scam. I recently purchased a Target order that was listed as "Target Store Kitchen Load #7, Unused/Unopened Condition, 9 Pallets, 940 Units, $12,872.40 Retail Value, Indianapolis, IN." It was a total scam. Not only am I finding about 25% of the stuff is defective customer returns, but also ALL the pallets are well short of what is listed on the manifest. I guess all good things come to an end, but I'm done with B-Stock. This is the third Target order in a row that I have come up well short of what was listed, but at least the items on the 2 previous orders were actually new items. This last one was a total con job. "
"single mom I work two jobs saved money to do this on the side....I received two orders that were NOT AT all what I was supposed to get instead of customer returns I received boxes of items marked clearance at about a dollar each not nearly close to the estimated value and the description NEVER stated clearance merchandise...At this point I had already spent about 10 grand with their wal mart site which is a little better but not much....of course they tell me some mediator insurance company that is 100 not bias LMAO ....They are paid by B stock and they 100 percent DO NOT return your money as a buyer no matter what they are 100 percent for the seller do not let them fool you....Then I get an order of jewelry the pictures are beautiful and the seller values each piece in his description at a retail value of 30 dollars...well sure enough I getthree boxes of florescent bangles all plastic that a 10 year old would not even wear that ugly all plastic and I doubt a dollar store would take them....I figure no way will I loose this once they see these pictures they are gonna throw this seller off bstock for being a liar and a POS...every bracelet had a made in china tag and looked like a kindergarten box of junk ...once again I somehow loose the case ...telling me this supposed middle man company with NO BIAS that the seller has the RIGHT to his opinion on retail value lol and that he can use stock pictures that LOOK nothing even close to the quality of what you will receive....so I am out about 1600 in two weeks from this POS company B stock does not care abouyt their buyers at all not one bit...I am going to try my hardest to get wal mart who is involved with them and target to not deal with these people they make those companies look bad...This is all a bunch of corporate BS ....I have been waiting over two weeks for a return call from a manager, supervisor any one still NOTHING...They tell you to e mail and each e mail takes 24-48 hours to be answered so when you do get it and then you reply you wait again 24-48 hours they ripped me off they should be ashamed I hope karma comes to them...GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY B STOCK... "Online buyers have nothing to go on but pictures, right?
This seller advertises 55 phones total. 5 Note 5's, and 50 Note 4's. He posted pictures showing 15 working phones (5 Note 5's and 10 Note 4's), and what I mean by working is they power on, they have back covers and they MUST have batteries.
The seller shipped exactly 8 days after the status changed to "Paid", and 20 minutes after receiving the order I contacted BStock telling them and showing them that none of the items he sent have any similarities with the pictures. A dispute was open, time passed, the dispute got closed, and I lost almost $2000. Mind you that was my first order.
Long story short they claimed that Salvage isn't covered, but they had forgotten their own policy where it says under the salvage description "Be sure to carefully evaluate the photos and manifest details of all salvage auctions prior to placing a bid to make sure that you are aware of all known merchandise defects"
Pictures and photos is what buyers go buy, and if the seller manipulates the products then B-Stock shouldn't encourage it and let them get away with it.
The seller is using the same exact 3 photos to advertise another lot that has 35 phones total.
What a freakin' joke!
I'd rather go and pick select piece by piece from OfferUp and eBay before I invest a dime in that trashy market.
Don't waste your time and money, just don't!"
"I bid for 4 pallets of good from woot on b-stock. I have paid $2,800 with shipping. They sent 3 pallets of good. The situation was very clear. I have opened a dispute but B-stock decided that it is normal !
And I took no refund.
Keep away."
"Bidding is manipulated by inside bidders. They're selling truckloads for 40% on up when, in all actuality, the goods are worth around 10-15% at best. As an honest liquidator, it appalls me to see companies post their excess inventory to this site as it puts buyers at an unfair advantage. Just know other options are out there if you look hard enough and do your due diligence.
Yes, we know for a fact that individuals working at BStock will manipulate the bid if the projected final price is too low. Be prepared to either bid astronomically, or lose completely."
"I bought unopened shelf pulls sporting goods from target. All the items are opened and they are not even shelf pulls, i got lots of salvage, missing part and return items. My first time is my last time. Their customer service is terrible. I disputed however since it had been more than 15 days they did not even try to help me, they suddenly cancelled my dispute. They scheduled pick up time one week after the auction date. So it was not possible for me to get and check the items in that time interval. They are absolutely fraud and cheat the buyers. Do not buy anything from target liquidations and bstock."
"WARNING! B-Stock supply offers utterly not protection for buyers! You can be sent worthless junk and you have UTTERLY NO RECOURSE! AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE! UTTERLY DISHONEST SELLERS, AND NO BUYER PROTECTION WHATSOEVER! BEWARE!
"
"We bought 10 phones, iphone 7 worth around $4000. All the phones sent by the seller are inaurance fraud phones: i tried to contact bstock but they say they cannot do anything. Be very careful while using this site. "
