He acted like I was wasting his time, and if I did not know want exactly I was looking for I was an idiot. "The phone app checkout process included a dire seeming warning about paying for any associated costs of importing, customs, brokerages, and other un-noted fees. I had no choice but to agree or discontinue the purchase. It didnt' matter what I selected because after that, The checkout system wouldn't let me checkout without putting in an email address...I was already logged into my account and there was no field to enter an email address. The mobile checkout process also didn't alow me to use our net terms that we set up ages ago. It is broken. The website checkout process was normal and as expected and didn't feature unrelated agreements to import taxes or customs fees"
