"I call to get help with making my camera decision, the person I talked to was uninterested in selling me anything. He acted like I was wasting his time, and if I did not know want exactly I was looking for I was an idiot. I spent almost 10,000 dollars, I know he did not know what I was going to do, because he gave me the impression that he did not care. How disappointing. Fortunately, I had a much better experience online. I really wanted answers about what extra was needed. I did not get that far because of his attitude. I did not want to speak to him anymore."

Mobile App checkout has Bugs

"The phone app checkout process included a dire seeming warning about paying for any associated costs of importing, customs, brokerages, and other un-noted fees. I had no choice but to agree or discontinue the purchase. It didnt' matter what I selected because after that, The checkout system wouldn't let me checkout without putting in an email address...I was already logged into my account and there was no field to enter an email address. The mobile checkout process also didn't alow me to use our net terms that we set up ages ago. It is broken. The website checkout process was normal and as expected and didn't feature unrelated agreements to import taxes or customs fees"
