Expedited Shipping Options Would be Nice

"The timing chain we ordered for our Arctic Cat was shipped fast via USPS Priority mail by the company, however, it sat in the USPS Phoenix AZ Distribution Center Annex for 3 days. We kept getting updates that It was departing the annex for 3 days, so our receipt of it was delayed for days. It would be extremely helpful if Babbitts offered expedited shipping options on their website."

Back-ordered and expensive shipping, no communication

"It's simple, like what's been stated before: They ship you your order partially complete with expensive USPS giant box...they make smaller boxes for less you know. If they would just spend 5 minuets to call you, you'd cancel your order and go else where but they don't call, they make you wait.

RARE CLASSIC HONDA VALKYRIE PARTS

"Babbitt's Online had the very hard to find and get OEM parts for my 20 year old Honda Valkyrie Tourer Classic. The price was awesome and the parts were shipped to me within one week of my order. Am I a satisfied customer? You bet ya... I will come here first before searching the countryside for almost antique parts for my pride and joy Valk. Thanks for being there Babbitt's."

"My parts were there on the site. Their site is very easy to navigate and that is something to appreciate. The parts came in in a relatively short time and they’re GENUINE not Chinese junk. Overall, very nice company and is not a big box store that your supporting."

Fabulous

"I appreciated the willingness of Babbitt's staff to ensure high quality service at a very competitive price when purchasing accessories for my Honda SxS. Shipping costs to Canada were pricey but at least I knew what I would be paying at the online checkout. I plan to use Babbitt's for future accessory and parts purchases. "

I never received my parts and they have refused to refund me

"I ordered my parts, to be shipped to Canada via USPS. this is important because the USPS does not charge the expensive brokerage fees like less expensive delivery companies. I was emailed my invoice that showed my order was to be shipped via USPS, but then they decided to ship with a less expensive courier. When I received the notification from the other shipping company, I immediately contacted them and let them know that I didn't want that shipping option and the send the parts via USPS instead, as I had paid for. I was told that, if I didn't want FedEx, I should have contacted them somehow and told them that i wanted the USPS international shipping option rather than just believing what their website said and my invoice said, because "that's just what it defaults to".

They agreed that they would try to get the parts back. the shipping company also called me and I told them that they were to return the parts to the store. the shipping company also agreed but then sent the parts to Canada anyway. I called the shipping company again, to reiterate that they were supposed to send the parts back to the store. I contacted Babbitts again and let them know what had happened and that I just wanted a refund. At first they said that they needed the parts to be processed as a return, but when I pointed out that they were responsible for using the wrong company and I had no ability to ensure the parts were returned to them in a timely manner and undamaged, they agreed to refund my money when the tracking site indicated that the parts were on their way back.

The next day, the tracking site indicted that they were back on their way, so I contacted them again about the refund. They changed their story again and refused to refund my money until they have the parts. The tracking site now indicates that they have received their parts and I still do not have a refund. Nobody from Babbitts has EVER returned my emails or sent me emails even after they agreed to through the online chat feature on their web site.

I do not recommend using them as they will do everything they can to cut corners and I have no faith that you will receive anything that you paid for. If they cause even the slightest problem with your order, expect them to deflect responsibility and never to see your money again.

Worste experience ever !!!

"They just stole my money
I placed the order when it showed that its in stock... then they charged me the money and then replied that they dont have the part and it will not be availbe before 11th of april which is after 20 days and then it will be shipped in 6 days ... so i asked them to cancel the order and refund me the money... after too many reminders email i got an email from usps that they prepared a pre shipping form and they are waiting for the part from them... which means they just fooled me that its shipped while its not ... and then they sent me a receipt that they refunded the 9 dollars for the item price but they didnt refund around 30 dollars which is the shipping cost !!! When i chatted with them online after millions of emails sent.... Gaby from their side confirmed to me that the item is already shipped ... the next day i got an email the item is shipped but "refused" without saying what the hell is refused... and then i chatted with the same Gaby again and she totally changed her words and asked me to repay the shipment fee or do the order all over again !!!!! Now i can't do anything other than just reviewing them everywhere and guys .. AVOIDE THEM !!!!!!!
