worst online experience

"This place is the worst internet parts company I have dealt with. I've been waiting over a month for my parts. Every time I call customer service I get a different answer - it 's a waste of time calling because nothing gets resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM BABBITT'S !!! There are many other better run parts companies on the web."

"definitely i dont buy any more from Babbitt! worst re seller worst customer service with holding long time and shut down two time the phone to me!!they shipped 3 times the parts i ordered one times! took totally a month and so!!!! here is USA!! babbit will save you money!!!!"

Do not trust these people - They are liars!!

"Ordered a yamaha cylinder head on Jan 10, they charged my card. Waited till Jan 25 and called. Was told the part was backordered (I was not notified) but had arrived earlier that week... LIE "it'll ship in 12-24 hours" LIE. No tracking info arrives so I call back morning of Feb 4, was told again that it was backordered but arrived on the 30 (funny because they were were closed due to weather that week) LIE... "it'll ship in 12-24 hours" LIE. No news by the evening of Feb 5 so I call again and ask to speak to the sales manager, "it'll ship in 12-24 hours and the supervisor will call back in about 10 minutes"... LIE. An hour later no call comes so I call back again, this time the sales lady tells me that a part came in but it is going to an older order and they will have to order me a new one. LIERS!!! COMPLETE LIARS!!! I cancelled my order, jumped on Amazon and see there are two in stock. Babbitt's you will never get my business again."

Terrible Customer Service

"Ordered a foot brake using their schematic. The part I received did not fit my dirt bike. Emailed back and forth for a week to get an RMA to return the part. Ultimately, they would not return the part because I didn't have a sticker with the part number on it. As far as I know, it didn't come with one. So, after six days of emailing back and forth, I'm stuck with a part I can't use. I will NEVER order with them again."

Pathetic, 1 star doesn’t even do it justice

"Pitiful ,It’s been a month after the supposed delivery date of the service department yanking me around left and right saying this and that’s i litterally just got shipping confirmation right now after the 50th call no exxatutation, i spent 1000$ at this place the least they can do is send the right shipping date , this place is a disaster don’t expect anything on time or even to be right, don’t get me wrong , the service people treated me with respect but the RESULTS ARE PITIFUL I suggest ROCKY MOUNTAIN or MOTOSPORT!!!"

Lies about shipping X 3

"order # 1918970 part was stated to be in stock and ready for shipping (This on January 11th). My credit card was billed on January 12th, an order confirmation was sent the same day. An arrival date of January 22-24 given with the order confirmation. Also a tracking number was promised but never was received. Since no tracking number was received, 3 calls have been made to Babbits in the past 13 days to determine status of shipment. Curiously, I was told almost verbatim the same story during each call....that the item had just came in that morning and would ship out that same day as as well as a tracking number would be issued. A few days pass and no tracking number. Nothing shows up in my email (I also checked spam file), so I call again (not disclosing the previous conversation details). You guessed it, "The item just arrived this morning and is being shipped out this afternoon. We'll send you a tracking number when it does". I told the employee that I had been told the exact same thing previously. The person I talked to, put me on hold, came back several minutes later and stated that she had talked with the shipping supervisor and he said that he would personally see that it was sent that day along with a tracking number (this is January 23...obviously the item isn't going to be at my house between the promised dates of 22-24). On January 25th I make a 3rd call and ask for the shipping status (not revealing any of the previous calls/details). The woman I spoke to gave me the exact same story i.e. the part had just just been received and would be shipped that day along with a tracking number. As nice as I could pretend to be, I informed her that her statement was almost verbatim of what had been told me previously. I asked her again to put me on hold and personally speak with shipping to confirm. After a few minutes, the lady said that she had talked to the shipping supervisor and the order would be shipped today. I asked that Babbits assume the expense of 2 day shipping. Her statement was "even if we ship it with a 2 day delivery, it being Friday, you won't receive it till Tuesday. And besides we're only a day late from the promised 24th" How can you only be a day late if it still hasn't shipped??? Also I'm wondering if Babbits shipped today why can't UPS deliver on Monday 3 day from now? does UPS stop moving packages on week ends because if not, I should have the part by Monday. The person I talked to, acknowledged a note in my order file dated 2 days earlier, a shipping supervisor had stated my part would ship the same day. It's now 8:30am MST
January 25th. We shall see what happens next (or not). I wish I had checked all the negative reviews before ordering from Babbit's Sports Center (AKA Babbits On Line).

Outstanding

"Thanks God i know this parts store long time ago. I wont go straightforward because i like to be discret in some way but before order the parts from Babbitts sports guys i called to the dealer store to get prices. Hehe you guessed well, i almost saved half the price of the item and it is stock part of course. Buy with confidence. You wont find a better place."

This place is a joke.

"I spent 430 dollars on parts i was lead to believe were in stock. Waited a week, and never got a tracking number. Called them "oh we're still waiting on your parts from kawasaki, you'll recieve your parts within the delivery window we gave on your emailed reciept". I got my shipping info today and the shipment is missing a part i already paid for and the 2 out of 3 parts that are coming are going to be 4 days late. Never again. Don't order from these morons."

Correct Parts and Very Fast Shipping

"Before ordering, I called all of the local dealers and no one had the carburetor parts I needed and because of the Christmas holidays, there was over a one week lead time. Babbitts On Line got me everything I needed in 3 days and the USPS delivered on Sunday at no extra charge. Not sure how they pulled this off but I am a customer for life! Best part is they shipped the correct parts for my 2004 Yamaha YZ250F!!"
