"I ordered a bike from HucknRoll. They sent me confirmation, billed my credit card, then sent me an email 2 days later telling me they were out of stock. One problem is Visa does not allow merchants to charge a customer before shipment. Despite them claiming "we'd be happy to hook you up to the best of our ability", I was given the option to refund my account or instead spend another $2000 to purchase a different bike instead. The whole time, the service rep wanted to just refund me, rather than answer questions or "hook [me] up". I will never purchase from Hucknroll, Backcountry, Realcyclist, or their other affiliates again."

Returns are easy and never questioned and if you use their shipping label your refund is processed when UPS scans the label.
