"I did not get what I ordered, even though the packing slip was correct. When I called was simply told what I ordered was no longer available and what was sent is being sent as a replacement. According to the person I spoke with the item I order was phased out a couple of years ago. Why in the world would it even be available to order if it wont actually be received? It the spirit of customer service a notice of the situation prior to another item being sent would have been more than appropriate. That being said, we are able to use the one sent but not with out the expense of IT having to do a "re-scripting". Thank you for offering this opportunity to share this information."
