"Buyer beware!

Before you buy anything from this seller (BackyardPoolSuperstore) beware of the seller's super restrictive return policy.

If you click on the seller's return policy, it appears as if it abides by Amazon's general return policy but it doesn't.
Try to return an item because it doesn't work with your pool and the seller will pull their hidden return policy out of nowhere and tell you that:
* Returns are only accepted on new, unused, uninstalled products...
* All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee

I will never buy from this seller again and you should think twice before you do so yourself.

"I ordered a 30 x 15 above ground pool and there prices seemed to beat other companies I looked at. I had a problem as there was one missing and one damaged part in the order. This was due to the vendor company. Backyard Pool worked with me in a timely fashion to get the parts replaced at no charge. I was able to get through to a live person with less than a 5 minute wait. I would recommend."

"I placed my order and received no shipping information or status for 1 week. I was in immediate need of the items ordered so I emailed ****@**** requesting information but received no response. Then I called customer service twice on 2 different days and was placed on hold for 20 min and call was dropped both times. The 3rd time I called and finally reached someone who told me the items were received 1 week after my order and will be shipped then. This was in violation of their own shipping policy which states "Back orders are avoided at all costs, but you will be aware of a back order within 48 business hours from your order. If you are not willing to wait for the product to come available, we will cancel the order with a full refund." Would not recommend this business."
