"Took a week to get our order. When we opened the box, replacement hoses for Pentair Sand Shark pool cleaner were bend inside 180 degrees. You never, never store pool vacuum plastic hoses folded, that is what the Pentair manual says also. When we pulled them from the box, they were crooked and retained this shape for the 9 days that we had them.

The Backyard Pool Superstore didn't respond to our inquiries for 7 days. Then called and try telling us that after a while, a miracle will happen and the hoses will fix themselves. When we insisted that they either deliver straight hoses or take the damaged ones back, they stopped communicating with us.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE: 1) don't understand the products they are selling, 2) do not respond to customer's inquiries and 3) have no concept of customer service. "

"I really liked this site, when I was ordering a aquapure 700 salt cell kit, I was telling the sales person Cliff M. that this was my 4th one in 10 years Cliff asked how big was my pool? I said 12,000 gal. and ran it at about 80%. Cliff told that's why it went out so fast, and told me to go with the 1400. I asked if it would work with the 700 power control box, He said absolutely. so I bought it. Got it 5 days later (GOOD), tried to install Not compatible to 700, Called for return, after 5 emails later, I only got $400.00 of my $500.00 back. I would have been ok if their restock fee was not charged to me, after CLIFF had talked me into purchasing, but charging me for something they said would, but did not, The charge should have been waived. I will not be back after this "

"I ORDERED A HAYWARD SAND FILTER ON 7=23-2014 AND RECEIVED IT ON 7-25-2014. THE DELIVERY WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE VALVE ASSEMBLY WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT. "The bottom fell off the pool cleaner before I even got it out of the box. Tried to run the unit in my pool and IT DID NOT WORK. Now I can't get my money back! They shift the blame to the manufacturer and then tell me that all I can get is a replacement for the defective unit. This place has SCAM written all over it. Read the return policy. There is no way to get your money back, none, zero. You need to look at the box decide that it does not work then get an R/A pay shipping back and then pay them 25% restocking. Boy what a deal!"
