"YA. Finally somewhere I can get the word out about my BackyardPoolSuperstore nightmare. Going on 12 days now. I purchased a brand new Pentair Clean and Clear 150 pool filtration system. The transaction was perfect. Actually recieved the product in just 2 days as I am only about 1.5 hrs from there location. One hour after installation the product cracked. I immediatley contacted BYPS and have been getting the run around ever since. Again, going on 12 days now. They told me that i will have to wait to get the item replaced by Pentair. They cannot tell me when or how long this will be. And if anyone who has a saltwater pool system know. Being without your pool pump for 12 days can pose a bit of a problem. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY........ I will be re-posting this everday on this page until I get some satisfaction."
