"This company is horrible. They must be a third party supplier and have items drop shipped. I placed and paid for an order of three items on 02/02/15. None of the items showed out of stock. I received two items after 60 days. They held the entire order pending one back ordered item. After I called to follow up the back ordered item shipped and one of the other items is now back ordered. I called and was told last week that it was being shipped. WOW.
The customer service (Bill and Cliff) has lied to me multiple times about items being shipped. They when I call a week later to let them know I have not received and shipping information they then tell me its back ordered. They truly dont have any idea if they can ship an item.
They will tell you what you want to hear when you call and get you off the phone.
