"Ordering my bandsaw blade was good. I like their form driven ordering method which I found easy to use. I have ordered from them before and have been satisfied with their blade quality. I'm waiting to receive a blade from them now and have not heard anything about when it will ship. There have not been any communication with my other purchase also. I have had to contact them about getting a tracking number so that I would know when it would arrive. I have ask why I didn't receive any email from them and they told me they send an email when the blade is shipped. They pretty much said it was my problem I did not receive an email. I have order items from online suppliers for years and have had no problem before.

Minimal tape to secure things so it arrived with the blades sticking out of the box and grinding on the sidewalk; one was damaged. Zero customer service means I'll order from someone else next time and tell all of my friends and professional contacts the same."
