"I waited until the last possible second to order the banner that I needed for an convention table. I literally could not have waited 5 minutes longer. I submitted the order and crossed my fingers. I even needed to have the banner sent directly to the convention hotel, instead of my place of business. With 2-Day shipping, it arrived at the hotel a few minutes before I arrived. I set up the booth moments later and I was up and running as if I'd planned it all along!

"I put an order in with a rush 3 day shipping date and once they got my money the dates changed and I was told because it defaults to add 3 production days unless you paid an extra charge.
Customer service is useless and after 6 calls with different people the only option was to pay another $50 for a second banner that I didn’t need. All they kept saying was there’s nothing they could do.
The banner was for veterans for a Memorial Day event but nothing mattered to anyone!
What a horrible experience, wasted time and no banner for our special event. Never Again!
