I was on short timeline and Banners.com's customer service rep was amazing, she gave me all of the information I needed and was able to ensure I would get my item in time. Even with a UPS mixup, I was able to get a great quality image on time. Thus, I had 60 Happy Band Seniors. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products, process, and shipping details.
