"Received a standup banner replacement for a previous standup banner. The replacement retractable banner we recently ordered has a warning message, "STOP. DO NOT PULL OUT FURTHER." x2 printed across the bottom of the banner that remains visible when the banner is fully extended. This message was not part of our approved artwork.
Because our original order's deadline was missed due to poor response time and because we received a defective banner, to resolve the issue, we would propose sending us a corrected banner, ideally with no warning message. The response we received from the Banners leadership was to send us new rods. Their associates, who in spite of reason, seemed to want to explain to me that the issue is with a rod we have been using for the last year +.
Without the ability for additional recourse, Banners sent us a replacement rod.... the same size.... so a week later, after our deadline, we have the same issue, no replacement, more frustration."

"WARNING: Make sure you read all of the fine print before approving. If you want to change or cancel anything after hitting the approval button you will not be able to. I paid for expedited shipping, approved my order and then received the confirmation with the shipping date. The shipping date is later than I expected so I immediately called them to cancel or adjust the shipping and was told it wasn't possible. They couldn't even change the shipping for me to get it sooner. IMO -Terrible business practice when you can't work with a customer to correct an honest oversite."
