"I needed a banner with images that are sharp. My banner was not a simple item, it had many images on it. I surfaced my concern early in the process and received little to no specific guidance as to how to obtain sharp images. I explained that this banner was being used at an international event in Europe and it was important that I have a quality product. As a result, I have a product that is a good solid mediocre. Lines on every aspect of the banner are not sharp. I expect you to have the professionals to advise me as to how to obtain a quality product. I doubt that I'll use your services in the future nor recommend them."

"This order was a big 5x10 mesh banner to place on a construction site, letting customers know our business is still open during construction. My logo image quality was low, they contacted me and offered a very reasonably priced fix. The product arrived in good time and it looks GREAT! Colors are perfect (we have a gold and rust logo that can be botched easily); the logo they fixed that is larger than life, has great resolution; the fabric looks to be good quality; and overall the product is well made. My previous orders, vinyl adhesive banners and a traditional vinyl banner, have all been excellent and I have been totally happy. Edited to include this banner was also about half the price of our local alternative. I love shopping locally, but I have a business to look out for and I have to be careful how I spend my money. I had to go this route for that much savings. "
