"We wont be using banners.com ever again. Customer service is terrible. I tried to change my shipping option as production was taking longer than expected and I needed my banners for an event on Friday. They refused to change the shipping multiple times - before it actually shipped and my order came on Monday for the Friday event - complete waste of money.

"We ordered 9 confirmation banners. Josh was very helpful through the entire process. They looked just like the design that we have when we make them ourselves. He responded to my emails very promptly and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. We did have to send the originals ones back due to the stitching, but Matt and Josh were very easy to work with. Everyone is very pleased with how the banners turned out and we have had other congregations ask where we got them from . They look beautiful hanging in our church. "I recently ordered two 4'x4' corrugated plastic signs to attach outdoors, and they looked exactly like what I had sent to them. The only surprise was that there was a crease cut into the sign halfway, so they were folded up like 2'x4' signs. It didn't affect the final look, but I was just a little surprised when receiving them. I had 1"x4" boards as backers, so I was able to stabilize the signs with these."
