"We needed a banner to announce the move of our church to a new community. I started by a simple template and then added a symbol on the top left side. They contacted me to tell me when the symbol would be put to the size of the banner it would be unreadable. I sent them the symbol and they recreated it at the appropriate size and I had the banner within a weeks time. The sales person of agent that I worked with was amazing and very helpful. We ordered three outside banners with hardware. The hardware did not arrive with the banners and you graciously overnight shipped them to us. However, when we went to mount the banners to the light poles in our parking lot we noticed another omission by Banners.com. There were no grommets in the banners. We had to get a grommet kit and put them in ourselves. Normally not a problem but with the hectic schedule leading up to the Easter weekend services my day as already full with church priority items. Plus with the omission of the hardware we are not very satisfied with the service we received on our order. You guys were probably very busy also but a happy customer should be your highest goal."
