First time ordering- will definitely return!

"I ordered a banner for my son's t-ball team. I pretty much designed it, which the process was very easy to use. Got a pdf copy before production and gave it a go. I received the banner within a week of ordering and am very happy with the outcome. Banner looks awesome, and can't wait for the kids to see it!"

Great Customer Service

"We ordered a rush order and selected three day shipping. One of their customer service reps actually called me and told me he was confident that the ground shipping would arrive in two days and asked if I wanted to downgrade my shipping costs. Who does that? I was very impressed. The banners arrived in two days a looked great!"

Navy Graduation Banner

"We recently travelled to Great Lakes, Illinois for our son's graduation from U.S. Navy Boot Camp. The Pass In Review (Graduation) ceremony is impressive. We saw a banner hung outside a room at our hotel. The owner told us about Banners.com and said we could copy the design. I looked this company up on-line and sent them an email. Beth Odens contacted me the same day. I told her I wanted to replicate the design but with changes to the name of the ship and the sailor, then shrink the size to fit the size of my office. "No Problem" was the response. I sent a photo of the banner I had taken at the hotel and told her what size I wanted the new banner and requested a "proof sheet" of the project. I approved the proof and the finished product arrived in less than a week (MN to CA) WOW. Thanks"

Amazing Customer Service

"So I sent them an image to use on my banner - it fit the requirement on the website and I thought all was well. But then, Banners contacted me and said that they noticed the image was pixellated at scale and didn't feel it would be satisfactory and asked me to resubmit it. So they held my order while I had the image retouched. Sent it again and they said it was better but still needed some work and gave me some technical specs that might help get the high quality they wanted - THAT THEY WANTED - how about that from an online vendor?!? So I sent it back one more time this time per their spec, and it turned out WONDERFULLY! I could not be happier with the whole experience - from the price, to the website experience, to the customer care, to the shipping and ultimately to the final product. GREAT company and GREAT product."

Great service

"I needed a banner to be complete in five days for a wedding due to my procrastinating and I didn't know where to go to have a banner made in that time frame. Banners.com gave me the shipping options necessary at a reasonable price to make it possible as well as the option for priority creation. Then they called me to verify that my banner was spelled correctly. Everything turned out great. The groom really appreciated the banner as it was a surprise for his wedding. It was a big hit among friends!! Banners.com made that possible. Furthermore, they followed up with me with a nice thank you after it was all done. Next time I need a banner, I know exactly where to go. "
