"This is about two banners. The first was the one we needed. It was a disaster. The five photos looked like large pixels and we couldn't see anything, and the hems and enhanced corners were poorly stitched and wrinkly. I was told that my photos' resolution was insufficient (no word about the stitching). Yet Staples had done a great job some years ago with the exact same photo files. This time I went to Banners.com because at Staples they don't have enhanced corners and hems, so their banners don't last. Banners.com wouldn't refund me for the disaster, even told me that I was confused about the five files I had sent to Staples to get the printing right and that I was not sending them the same files (great customer service attitude ! ). They finally offered a new banner for free. So I ordered a second banner, which we did not need, with just a logo, no photos, so we wouldn't totally waste the money. In their system, as you upload files they don't show up in the correct proportions and it takes time to tweak. This time it was an illustrator file, so they couldn't mess it up, even though it took three artwork approvals to get one logo positioned and proportioned correctly. Shipping was not free, so I spent about $20 more. It came out ok, but the overall experience with the company was very poor."
