"Website is easy to maneuver, the design function is very easy to create and modify the existing artwork, very instructive, doesn't take long, and is kind of fun. Called Customer service about production times, which are very flexible and a multitude of shipping options. Haven't received the product yet, but believe it will be there on time. "

No communication/missed deadline!

"I emailed and did the chat option for customer service- NO RESPONSE! Pay a fortune for one day turnaround and overnight shipping…. It arrived 4 days later- missing the event! UPS doesn’t guarantee shipping because you pay the vendor directly not them. Banner quality is nice but it missed the event so it doesn’t matter "
