"We purchased qty 10 73 GB Hitachi DK32DJ-72ME SCSI hard drives and have had a 30% failure rate. After the first drive failure we contacted Bason and they told us to go to the manufacturer for service. We tried that and Hitachi said since they are OEM drives they need to be serviced by the vendor. Long story short we have 10 drives sitting on the shelf and Bason refuses to provide a refund, although we are due one IAW the terms and conditions on their invoice. Coincidently they are now only offering only a 30 day warranty when we purchased there was a 1 year warranty.

There price was right but I’m convinced it’s because they are selling seconds, we will never purchase another product from this company.
