"I received the 14.4V 6600mah battery approx. 10 days after I placed the order. I dsid not know at the time of order that the battery was coming from Canada, however it arrived in good condition.

"My laptop charger broke after two years, and I was having trouble finding a replacement since a lot of the universal chargers didn't have tips compatible with Samsung laptops. I was ecstatic when I found Batt Pros-- not only did they have an exact replacement for my charger, the prices were good. I ordered it second day air mail, and the charger worked absolutely great until the tip became loose two weeks later.

I have no idea how the tip became loose since it looks like it was welded in, but that's not what makes me upset. I am upset because Batt Pros has HORRIBLE customer service. I called the customer service number multiple times, but I always get a machine. I even filled out the RMA form online like the machine told me to, and I have yet to get a response.

I'm not even asking for a refund, all I want is a replacement.

If Batt Pros had better customer service I wouldn't have cared that my charger broke, but they currently have no form of customer service to speak of."

"Seems to be a recurring theme of Battpros.ca, shipping the wrong item to customers and not getting back to them to arrange a refund or exchange. I've been waiting for more then 2 days without anyone returning my emails or calls even after I filled out the RMA form online. Beware when you buy from them. They are quick to accept your money and ship batteries/power adapters but appear to ignore requests for returns and exchanges.
