1. Faster call back or emails responses
2. Get someone to re-due you phone recording it sound like a Four year old reading from a book.
3. Better know your product since there are many battery for chosen hardware.
4. Better follow up to the customer---there is none unless the customer calls first."

"Purchsed battery from Batt Pros in Aug 2010 and in Dec 2010 would no longer take a charge. They replaced it and the replacement quit taking a charge in April 2011. They replaced it and now the replacement has either a case or contact issue and will not charge unless I keep preasure on the battery while in my laptop. Have been waiting for 5 days for a reply to my RMA request and sent an email two days ago and have yet to get a response. At this point I want a refund, the shipping back of batteries is getting very costly. Beware of Batt Pros, customer service is very bad !!!!!!"
