Muy mal servicio...very bad service

"La pagina online decia que la entrega demoraba de 2 a 3 horas , hice mi orden a las 9 .00 AM despues de varias llamadas a las 11.00 am me dijeron que llegarian a la 1.00 pm a la 1 45 que demoraba una hora mas a las 4.00 de la tarde que llegarian de 5.00 pm a 6.00 pm ....cancele mi pedido....perdi mi dia entero ....nunca mas y esto es para que las personas necesitadas de una bateria no utilicen este medio para resolver su problema.
The online page said that the delivery took 2 to 3 hours. I placed my order at 9:00 AM, after several calls at 11:00 AM, they told me that they would arrive at 1:00 PM at 1:45 PM, which would take another hour at 4:00 in the afternoon that would arrive from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm .... I canceled my order .... I lost my entire day .... never again and this is so that people in need of a battery do not use this means to solve your problem.

Will not buy from them again

"I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. My experience appears to be the norm with this company. I paid for priority shipping. There were no indications that the battery I need is out of stock or that there would be any trouble with my order. It has been a week and my order still says "Unfulfilled" on the website. I emailed "customer service" but have gotten no response. If you decide to order from them, keep your expectations extremely low."

Stay away!

"Do not order from this company! They also sell on other sites. I ordered from them via walmart.com. The batteries arrived; however, the batteries were completed dead! My husband has a battery checker and there was no juice in them. I contacted the company, no response. Contacted walmart.com who also attempted to contact them to no avail. Was issued a full refund and walmart.com is looking to ban them from the site."

Order took 2 weeks, no tracking/shipping notification, wrong batteries.

"The order took over 2 weeks to be delivered.
There were no indications that the batteries were out of stock or would take 2 weeks to ship. I paid for priority shipping
There were no shipping confirmation emails, etc. so I'd know what was going oin.
I specifically ordered Duracell batteries. I clicked through an email advertising a special on Duracell batteries.
When I finally got the batteries they were Panasonic, so I feel there was a bait and switch.

I certainly won't order from them again.

Battery DOA and Overnight Delivery Took 3 Days

"I purchased a WR-W5 battery for my AT&T Unite hotspot on 7/25/2017. It was DOA. My AT&T Unite works with no battery installed, but as soon as I insert the battery (cover closed or not) it stops working.

I have inquired about a replacement or refund.

Also ... I paid more for the battery from batteries.com than I would have at other stores because they were the only store I found that offered one-day (overnight) delivery (USPS Express). I paid $20+ (on Monday morning) for the overnight shipping. Instead of arriving the next day - Tuesday - it arrived 3 days later - Thursday. In all I spent over $50 with batteries.com when I could have spent $17-18 with free shipping, the same 3 day delivery and a good battery from any one of a number of stores including Amazon. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Order must have been LOST IN SPACE...

"Ordered a battery for an older friend and neighbour who wasn't as familiar with the internet. On May 20, 2016.
He waited for delivery to his address. The battery didn't arrive in June, It didn't arrive in July.
I made several inquiries by email (apparently the ONLY way you can reach anyone there), and got back a couple replies that looked like a Chinese-only operator was picking stock, canned English responses from a list. They never addressed my specific questions, and offered platitudes and reminders to "check again", etc.
I finally had to call PayPal and have the order revoked and my friend's money returned.
NOT a company I am ever going to order from again.

Rest assured Batteries.com did NOT ask me to write THIS review.
If a ZERO-star rating was possible, I would've picked that.

"I just got my order from Batteries.com and it wasn't the right battery for my phone. I called them to make sure it wasn't a mistake on my end and no, it wasn't. The warehouse had pulled the wrong battery. The woman I talked to said they'd send me the correct battery at no cost. I then asked if they could send it to a different address because I had already left for school, 6 hours away from the original address and by the time I could get the battery shipped to the school from there, I'd be due for a new phone. Guess I'll be sticking with a broken battery for the next week or two, but I'm extremely unhappy and refuse to order from them again.

Update: Spoke to a different customer service rep who said that the shipping address could indeed be changed because it's a completely new order and she didn't know why the first customer service rep told me she couldn't change it. She looked up the battery I need and said it was actually out of stock and backordered.

I'm starting to think they sent me the wrong battery on purpose because they knew I'd never get the money I paid for 2 day shipping back.

"Ordered on there website, after 6 business days I called them, couldn't find my order, called me back to tell me it was on back order but came in today and would ship out the next day. I called 3 days later and was told they can't get the battery. I have never did business with a company that has such bad customer service. Total waste of time, 2 weeks waited for nothing. I ordered the battery from Amazon, it was cheaper and its on its way to me. Don't waste your time with batteries.com"

"Easy to find the correct battery for my APC UPS units on their web site. Good prices, reasonable shipping rate (these are heavy batteries!), packed very well. They matched origninal batteries perfectly. I installed them today, and so far everything is working fine."

"I was very disappointed with the customer service at batteries.com. I bought three batteries and none worked. I intially called back and the customer service rep was very helpful and promised to send replacements immediately. After several weeks, the batteries had not arrived, so I called back. This rep said that there was no record of my previous call and since now the warranty had expired I was just out of luck. She admitted that the batteries should have worked but didn't. So because their rep screwed up, I am out."

"Worst experience I ever had since ordering on the internet the last 15 years. Their promotion was buy one 9 volt battery and get three free. Never received free ones after being told they would send them and then called again an told they were out of stock and would refund the order. Still waiting for refund and will take the loss as this company has no ethics or honesty. "

"Horrible company. Ordered a battery charger through Amazon Marketplace (first mistake) they showed in stock on 12/14; after two email queries, they canceled my order for being out of stock a week later - on 12/21 - and left me high and dry for the intended Christmas present. Calls to their "customer service" number ring for 30 seconds then hang up. NEVER trust these losers."
