On the website they advertise the 86402 from GE/Jasco and I received 26402 batteries. The website still shows the 86402 as being sold which is the GE Replacement batteries for my phone and the 26402 while it works may or may not be as good. Customer service said that Jasco changed packaging but they are still selling the 86402 on the website and quit responding to my emails. I just dropped the issue and if the batteries don't hold up I won't use the company again."
