First stop was the home improvement store, Harbor Freight, and third stop is Battery Junction! Replacing my Nitecore D4-4 Smart charger and grabbing a few 14500's today. Battery Junction has great products, prices and service and man, I miss my charger. That Nitecore D4-4 smart charger was the bomb. Completely "dummy proof", easy to use and never got warm until the fire. Although it was made of fire resistant materials, nothing survived that heat. Even my 17 foot Gruman canoe melted in half. At least I can still say "Yeah, I still "half" a canoe"....Ha! Buh, dump, bump, tssss...Thank you! "

I only did this because although I have bought from Battery Junction for several years because of the free shipping on orders over $50.00, I may not be doing that anymore if those shipping charges show up on my credit card. I don't recall them ever showing on the screen before with my orders. If that shipping shows up, I will be shopping price only with other online battery stores in the future."
