"I got my order in finally. The UI for the site needs to be improved both the catalog section and the e-commerce portion. The prompts are confusing and caused me to enter incorrect info. On the front end the listing and sorting is not well thought out. "

"We have many smoke alarms which require special batteries. Buying the batteries in bulk saves us time, and we always have spares on hand.

Checkout was a little interesting as I need to ship and bill to different addresses. The screen during checkout had a box that was checked that said it was billing to the shipping address. It would NOT let me check the bill to separate address box, but the correct address was shown in that section. I tried for a bit to get it to cooperate, then proceeded with my order anyway."

However, I'll add the following: I like the clean look of the site, and the accurate, desirable & detailed information provided on all the various products that are sold/available for purchase on battery junction's site. Also, whenever I need any additional info that I (rarely) don't find on the site, the Customer Service reps are always ready to fill in the gaps and provide the info/answers I am seeking in order to make an informed buying decision.
