"Terrible Service. I told them I must have the batteries I ordered shipped that day for delivery the next day. I impressed upon then that this was critical. This was on a Monday.
After multiple calls and failure to follow through-they finally shipped them ON THURSDAY. This cost me big time in lost production time. ALSO I needed a specific terminal size and they assured me it would be correct. It was wrong and I had to go out and buy adapters. They couldn't care less about the customer's needs. It turns out that they use a 3rd party fulfillment service to ship and have NO CONTROL over when an item ships . But they make promises anyway.I will never use this company again."
