"I first actually placed an order with BatterySharks a couple months ago. The battery I was ordering was not in stock with the terminals I had ordered (F2). I was contacted by Jane and offered adapters to fit over the F1 terminals to make them the same size as F2. I really wanted the F2 terminals so they canceled the order for me without any hassle. That purchase, I made through another merchant, paid more, and even though I ordered the same battery with F2 terminals, they sent just me F1 and hoped I wouldn't care. When I contacted the merchant (eCom...), their response was to mail me the F2 adapters - I was so annoyed because I paid more and was dealing with an unscrupulous seller. However, what it did was turned me into a BatteryShark customer for life. I've since made two purchases from BatterySharks for some of my UPS units, the price was right, they shipped immediately, and I received the following day. The quality of the batteries are also very good.
