"I bought 6 sealed lead-acid batteries to replace worn-out ones in two UPS units. BatterySharks had the best pricing and selection that I could find online. My only (minor) gripe is the use of foam peanuts in the packaging; they just allow the heavy items to settle to the bottom of the box and don't really provide much cushioning. Foam pads or foam corner blocks would be much more effective and a lot easier to deal with at the time of unpacking."

"I had searched for a set of batteries for my 91 year young mother's three wheel scooter that we had bought used. The stores that service or sell these power chairs think highly of their lead acid sealed batteries, maybe they are gold acid.... It was nice to see that they were not made in China too..
Mom is now doing wheeles & lying rubber (not really) & get all over the retirement home with out charging up.
Shipping time was about what I had expected. The shipper seemed to handle the package roughtly though looking at the out side of the heavy box. Packing could go for stronger material or a more gentle handling"
