"Was drawn to their site because I could enter UPS manufacturer's battery numbers, which seem to be deliberately non-standard, and the site mapped them to standard batteries. Ordered 2 for 2 different UPS systems by different manufacturers. Surprisingly the site thought one needed F2 terminals and that the other needed F1 terminals. I did not know what was needed and placed the order anyway.
Early the next business day got a call from somebody in their stockroom asking if I was sure about the terminals. I stated that I was unsure and was depending on the website's recommendation. He promised to check.
Batteries arrived a few days earlier than expected, both with f2 terminals -- and they fit into the units perfectly. It seems that the stockroom person did check and adjusted the order.
The net is that I got what I needed, despite the manufacturers attempt to lock me into buying only from them due to obscurity, and I got it at a reasonable price. I'm very impressed that BatterySharks checked and corrected the order, this was more service than expected and they have won my loyalty."

All this information is stated on our website under the description of each item. We have also specified that pictures are for illustration purposes only and if you require a specific brand you need to call us before placing an order. I can assure you that the battery we have sent you is brand new and not reused. You can see that by checking the date code on top of the battery. The way you should read the date code is dd/yy/mm.
There might be some scratches from the transportation. The batteries travel on big containers from Asia to our vendors, then from the vendor to us, and then we send them to you. During this long journey the batteries get scratched, but I can assure you that we have sent you a brand new battery which you can use with confidence. SLA batteries are rock solid and if there is no leaking you should not worry about the performance of the battery.
