"Ordering went fine except it was difficult to find the page for connectors. Payment was relatively simple and seemed secure. Tracking the order was lousy. Until the morning the package arrived the UPS tracking still showed that UPS did not have possession of the package. If I had not checked early on 3/16/11 and discovered that all of a sudden UPS did have the package and it would be delivered that day, I would have missed the delivery. Also Batteryspace had no way that I could find to check on the status of the order except for UPS tracking. Something must be wrong between Batteryspace and UPS because I have never had this problem witn UPS tarcking before and I do a fair amou8nt of remote shopping."
