It is very satisfying to educate myself (with help from Battery University), make informed decisions, and purchase the highest-technology batteries available on the planet from a company like BatterySpace.

Four years after my first order with BatterySpace, the original lead-acid battery was dying, after ensuring my personal safety through hundreds of bicycle rides, and thousands of miles, in darkness. It was time for a new order, and new technology - LiFePO4 batteries! I placed my order on a Saturday night. On Sunday I discovered I could have used a 5% discount coupon from the original order. I called BatterySpace first thing Monday morning. They were accessible (no endless telephone menus!) and graciously canceled the order, so I could re-order and get the 5% discount.

BatterySpace is a real class act and they can be proud of the business they've built. They have, in me at least, one very pleased and loyal customer.
