"I've gotta say, I'm really impressed with BatterySpace.com. I made my purchase of 16 1800mAH NiMH over 6months ago. However, since I didn't need every battery, I didn't bother charging/testing everyone.
2 days ago, I was playing with my new digicam and decided to charge the remaining batteries as spares. One of them wouldn't charged no matter what I tried. Not knowing what was wrong, I emailed BatterySpace for advice. They told me to file a RMA and said they'll handle my problem.
I filed the RMA stating I would most likely not complete the RMA since the return shipping is basically the cost of a new battery itself.
I just got a reply:

"If you have a picture perfect order, then you're fine. Order and your items will come and at a good price. Make a mistake and need to interact with customer service, and you're in for a ride, and a scolding by email! I initially ordered a 50 pack of lithium button cells on the 16th of September. I immediately realized that I had selected the wrong size and used their webform at the bottom of the order status to alert them of a change I wished to make. I got no reply. I emailed them again the morning of the 18th to make sure this order didn't ship. No reply again. When I called I was told that my order was now in shipping and to refuse it when UPS delivers. Well, my apt. front office is going to recieve it and I can't trust them to refuse a single package ina group and it's going to cost me to return it. After the phone call, my order mysteriously turned to cancelled and I got this in an email: "Please understand On-line business, not like store. Be careful when you make order, then you can enjoying low price" On-line Store might need faster reaction time. I'll probably order again, but triple check that everything is absolutely perfect."
