"This company is AWFUL!!! I purchased a battery and it didnt work so i had to send it back and pay for it. I returned it over 3 weeks ago and finally called today to check on a replacement. The guy "Ken" that answered the phone could not tell me anything and wasnt sure when i was going to get a replacement on the first conversation and then he told me i would get it in 2-3 days. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was busy. I asked for the supervisors name and he said he couldnt give it out. This is horrible customer service and i have now been out of having a battery since ordering on May 24th!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A WORKING BATTERY!!!"
