"First of all, this was my first time ordering from Batt Depot and I ordered 2 batteries just to have a back up one when I needed it!

Both of them wouldn't fit very easy at first, the model#'s were not the same as the original one in my laptop. So, I e-mailed them after trying to call the number provided 5 times and only being transferred to a voice mail which I left messages twice and did not recieve a call back. When I recieved an e-mail response back, I was asked to e-mail them back with pictures showing the original battery next to their battery, their battery in my computer and the model# of my laptop. I did all this and they msg'd me back saying it looks like their battery should fit my laptop, so I got my husband to try it again and he was able to make it fit but had to push down and slide it in to make it fit, but even though he got it to fit we are both a little skeptical that its the correct battery. I didn't want to wait 2-3 days for a Return number and then 2-3 weeks for a new one that could also be the wrong one, so I kept both of them.

I was not impressed by how they handled it and that the 5 times I called I was not able to talk to a person or recieve a call back, to explain the differences between my original battery and the ones they sent me.

Will definately not be ordering from them again due to their poor customer service!"

1. They had the exact battery I needed in stock.
2. Their price was really competitive- less than 1/2 the asking price of others online.
3. I thought that the delivery fee was a bit high- 12 bucks, but hey, for less than 60 buckeroos all in, my netbook would be alive!
4. Here's where it get's good-- I had the battery the next day at 2 PM! I live in ON and they shipped FEDEX OVERNIGHT FOR TWELVE BUCKS!

The battery I got is as good as the one that came w/ the netbook brand new- almost 6 hrs of life.

It's great, cuz I know where I'll be spending money for my cell phone, yadda yadda when those batts wear out.
Great job- they can give seminars on how to run a web biz- they're as good at it as Amazon."
