"I purchased a camcorder battery from BattDepot and on the first use it fell apart. I sent it back and was charged a 15% restocking fee because I returned a defective part. This practise is insane because it is not my fault the battery was not pressed together properly. I could understanding charging me restocking if I made a mistake and purchased the wrong part. But, behold at Battdepot they waive the restocking fee when a customer buys the wrong part. Their customer service policies are completely backwards. I would avoid this company at all costs. The amount of money I am out from shipping fees and restocking, I could have purchased a better battery from a better company."
