"One concern. The picture was misleading on what I thought I was getting, the picture showed a factory name branded battery. What I received was a refurbished aftermarket battery.

Nothing wrong with that. Just make it clear to customers what they are really getting. I kind of expected it, based on the price. The battery works fine. and the shipping was very fast.

I would most definately order from BattDept again, as the battery I was looking for is difficult to find in electronic type stores and BattDepot had it in stock.

As for the Toshiba Lap Top battery, It only lasts half as long as the OEM Toshiba battery. I hope this improves with a few charging cycles.

"The price of the charger itself was good and reasonable. But the delivery was expensive and almost half of the price that I paid was due to shipment. The delivery was fast though. If you can add some other option of cheaper delivery, although in a longer delivery time, that will work better for customers like me.

"Found the battery quickly, at a decent price, and it got all the way from British Columbia to my front door in Muskoka Ontario in less than 24 hours, bloody awesome. The only thing that I hadn't noticed when ordering the battery was how long the battery would last if charged. I was replacing a battery that had 4 hours, and bought one that had 1 hour. Probably my fault that I missed that , but I don't recall seeing that duration or battery life on the description, it may have been there or may not , if not, they should list it. Otherwise a great experience and fast delivery."
