"The site is well made but it has somme major flaws.
One of them is the fact that you cannot perform a search with the manufacturer's part number. The reason why this is a big flaw is that when you try to find a battery again it would have been quicker to use that number since it is a unic number. Now I have to search through the compagny, then the model, then find the one that I need in the results. In other words it takes me longuer to find all the products I wish to order.

Also, the communication is awful. We had (and still have) some troubles with the opening of an account. I tried chatting and calling and no one answerd. I left messages and no one called or email back to us. I had to open the account on my name instead of the buyers name.

On the good side of things, I did receive all our products quickly. Also you have a good selection of products. We are likely to order again since you have the "hard to find" batteries.

If you are lokking to expend one day, I would suggest to add wireless phones (not cell phones) batteries. We have many demands for these and little suppliers."
