"As you may notice at the bottom of our packing list we need our customer to notify us within three days after received parcel if there are any discrepancies.I am afraid at this point we cannot proceed with your claim" I would suggest one be careful to specify a delivery date that will coincide with a day you will be home. After this review battdepot sent the missing item. Thanks for your help. I will consider shopping at battdepot again.

"Address for local Richmond pick-up was incorrect, no mention of "go to the rear" of the address provided for Dr. Battery, which has absolutely zero parking. How hard would it be to provide full instructions? Lot was full of trucks. After illegally parking twice and wasting 10 or 15 minutes, service at the counter was adequate.
Usually we have bought from a US supplier, shipped to Blaine. Although the BattDepot was price competitive, the pick up was less than satisfactory.
