"On May 28, 2012, I placed an order for a replacement battery for my ASUS laptop with BattDepot. I was extremely careful about reading specifications and looking at the picture showing the battery I wanted to replace. My order was placed for the battery that was said to be the correct one. When the battery arrived, it did not fit my laptop. I requested an RMA#,completely filled out the form, jumped through the hoops of taking pictures of the two batteries, packed the replacement battery in the original packaging, enclosed all documentation and returned the battery via priority mail. On June 15, and June 20, 2012, I emailed BattDepot requesting a status on my refund. After the 2nd email, I received a reply that the refund was in process, and it'd be 2 to 3 business days before it was applied to my credit card. It's been considerably longer than that, and there's still no refund. This seems to be taking an inordinately long time. At this point, I'm aggravated and frustrated and am sorry that I ever ordered a battery from BattDepot."

The only downside was that I was hoping to get a laptop battery with very high Mah's but they didnt offer any, they do however offer three different qualities of batteries, that's something the competition didnt do.
