"What I thought was a simple request to return a battery which had been inadvertently ordered...turned into a complicated event. Several e-mails and phone calls were not returned promptly...photos of the batteries and of the boxes were requested and complied with by myself, and not replied to. (There seems to be a gap in communications with customers.
I am checking my e-mail on a daily basis and still have not received the return label promised. (I have kept all e-mails sent and received so I could track events.)
I am now out of town and cannot attend to this matter until my return on 18-19th Apr.
