"I bought a battery from BattDepot a year ago and was pleased with the service. I didn't think to check the charging and discharging of the battery. Last week (March 2012) I bought a Toshiba power adapter and an IBM Lenovo and Dell Battery. At first usage, I thought all were fine. It soon appeared that the Dell Battery was only charging up to 54% and not 100%. I didn't notice this until 4/5 days later. I rang them and sent them an email the next day. I called several times and only got voice mail for all their options: sales, refunds and CSRs. This was very disappointing. I also sent them an email and have had no response yet. After continuously phoning I finally got through to BattDepot and explained my problem. They were not that encouraging. They said they had received my email and would send me an email back with the process to follow but I still haven't received one. Also, they didn't seem that nice about the fact that the battery wasn't performing. This was a bit disappointing!

So, until the experience with this battery I would have given them 5 stars but now, I will probably only give them 1 star. If they redeem themselves with this battery episode I will reconsider."
