The website was easy to navigate, I found the power supplies I needed quickly. The order process was simple to use and pay online.

I ordered twice within a week Once on thursday and once sunday night. Both orders arrived VERY quickly By tuesday night the supplies were installed and running great!

I will definately use them again.

"I was first drawn toward BattDepot by their great selection of batteries and very competitive prices. Their free shipping offer for large orders was quite appealing as well.

However, UPS seems to be their shipping method of choice. Unlike other stores, you may not select a specific carrier for your shipping. You may only select shipping speed and associated cost. If you order anything from BattDepot, it is VERY likely to be shipped by UPS.

Now what do I have against UPS ? Well let just say that UPS have severely wronged me at several occasions in several imaginative ways. I'll leave it at that. After all this isn't a UPS review.

Now like I said, I hate UPS. Enough to make me walk away from a specific store on that basis alone. But BattDepot really was the one shop where I wished to order my batteries from. So clenched my teeth and place my order (hoping that UPS would not screw me over once again).

But there was a small comment section at the end of the order form. I used it to express my hatred of UPS. I was not expecting much of this. I thought that my comment would be simply ignored like many other such online shop does.

But I was very wrong. They did not bother to reply to me. But the day following my order, I received my battery by FedEx. I was flabbergasted. I never expected that much. I am very expressed by battDepot customer service. They do listen and they do care about you.

Naturally, my batteries all works flawlessly as intended. Next time I need batteries, I wont bother to look around. I will definitively order from BattDepot. If only to show my gratitude and appreciation. If you need batteries, I suggest you buy them from BattDepot."

I didn't know intuitively that a 'Dr. Battery Advanced Pro Series Battery' was a laptop battery. I had to click the link and open the product page, then click on a 'Learn more about Dr. Battery Advanced Pro Series Battery' link before I knew I was looking at laptop batteries.

This is by no means a deal breaker, but as a customer I had to mine the data myself to determine that I was looking at laptop batteries. A tooltip on the front page would have saved myself the hassle, and saved BattDepot bandwidth and processing of the extra page loads."
