Excellent customer service, ease of online ordering, reasonable pricing for laptop batteries & its shipment, lightning fast delivery and quality product. When I failed to find Lenovo Y510 battery on home page's "Quick Product Finder" feature (ie its missing), I called them. My call was answered quickly, given the mfg product# and advised next time to try entering Y510 (or any other model#) on their Search box. I tried it, yes it was there! I decided to complete my order online.

Within 15 minutes, I was able to register my account order this part and have my order confirmation.I decided to register this it was my 3rd time ordering from them. Amazingly the battery arrived at my condo in Scarborough,Ontario within less than 24 hours!

The battery received worked perfectly. But laptop still not charging the battery which was my problem with its original battery. I concluded laptop's charging circuit was defective broken.

Currently, in the RMA process of returning this battery for refund. I'm confident that they'll process my refund quickly and that I'll receive a full refund."
