I wanted to order a third battery, but mistakenly completed the order too soon. I tried to cancel the order following their instructions. I called THREE times on the next business day, to cancel the oprder so I could place the order for the third battery and include it in the same shipment. The order was NOT cancelled, no one has ever returned my call, despite 3 messages and my toll-free number and my regular number.
I AM EXTREMELY upset, and will likely never do business with these people again. The sad thing is that I have dealt with them before, their products and prices are great, and the shipping is prompt... but this was completely unacceptable!
